Lorenço Magno

Lorenço Magno (born January 1, 1956 in Ainaro , Portuguese Timor ) is an East Timorese independence activist.

Magno was a supporter of the resistance during the Indonesian occupation. In 1989 he hid Ma'huno Bulerek Karathayano , later commander of the Forças Armadas de Libertação Nacional de Timor-Leste (FALINTIL), in the garden behind his house in To'os / Kintál ( Aldeia Fahiluhan, Suco Leolima ) for more than two months . Magno was awarded the Medal des Ordem de Timor-Leste in 2016.
