The Loreto House (Polish: Domek loretański ) in Kraków is a Catholic Loreto House at ul. Loretańska 11 in the Sand district .

history

The Loreto House was built between 1712 and 1719 by Kacper Bażanka on the northeast side of the Capuchin Church. It refers to the birth house of Christ, which is said to be in the Basilica of the Holy House in Loreto . The altar painting was done by Michał Stachowicz in 1818 . The new style frescoes inside go back to Jan Bukowski . Holy Brother Albert took the vows of the Third Order in the Loretto House .
