Lothar König (born September 8, 1944 in Neuenbürg ) is a German politician .

Life

He attended grammar school in Neuenbürg, which he graduated from high school. He then served in the German Armed Forces for two years . This was followed by studies at the PH Karlsruhe . From 1969 to 1993 he was a teacher at the elementary and secondary school in Bad Herrenalb , Bad Wildbad and Calmbach. He was a member of the board of trustees of the state center for political education and the board of trustees of Toto-Lotto-GmbH.

König is married and has two children.

Lothar König was a member of the CDU from 1971 to 1989 . Since 1971 it belongs to the local council in Dobel on. Between 1994 and 1999 he was a member of the district council of the district of Calw and from 1989 to 2001 a member of the Republicans (REP).
