Lothar Messerschmidt
Lothar Messerschmidt (born July 1, 1923 in Rügenwalde ) is a German lawyer .
Messerschmidt was the son of Colonel a. D. Fritz Messerschmidt born. He received his doctorate in 1950 from the law and political science faculty of the University of Hamburg . From 1970 he was a federal judge at the Federal Administrative Court .
