Louis Eugène Bertier

Louis Eugène Bertier (born February 17, 1809 in Paris ) was a French portrait and genre painter of the 19th century .

He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts and with the artist Louis Hersent . Between 1831 and 1870 he exhibited frequently in the Paris Salon .
