Louis Fouché (javelin thrower)

Louis Fouché (born March 21, 1970 ) is a former South African javelin thrower .

In 1993 he won bronze at the African Championships in Durban and gold at the Universiade . The following year he finished fifth at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria . In 1995 he won bronze at the Pan-African Games in Harare, and in 1996 silver at the African Championships in Yaoundé .

In 1994 and 1996 he was South African champion. He set his personal best of 79.64 m on July 18, 1993 in Buffalo .
