Louis Laurain
Louis Laurain (* 1984 ) is a French jazz and improvisation musician ( trumpet , composition ).
Live and act
Laurain began to play the trumpet autodidactically before studying improvisation at the Paris Conservatory in 2007 . In addition to free jazz and improvisation music, he deals with noise and minimal music . Currently (2016) he works with the free jazz quartet ACTUUM ( Brutal Music For Nice People ), the trio DOLSE (with Pierce Warnecke and Carl Svensson), with whom he recorded an album. He also plays with Joel Grip , Pierre Huygues and Yoann Durant . Since 2010 he has also appeared with solo performances. Laurain lives in Paris.
