Louis Pierre Schilt
Louis Pierre Schilt (born September 11, 1790 in Paris , † September 13, 1859 in Sèvres ) was a French porcelain painter .
Life
Louis Pierre Schilt worked for the porcelain manufactory Nast founded by Johann Nepomuk Hermann Nast and from 1822 as a flower painter for the porcelain manufactory in Sèvres . His son Abel was born in Paris on September 20, 1820. He became a student of his father and later also worked as a porcelain painter in Sèvres.
