Louise Szpindel

Louise Szpindel (born January 2, 1988 ) is a French actress .

Life

Growing up as the daughter of a director and casting director, Szpindel became interested in the cinema when she was a child watching her father watch screenings and assisting him behind the camera. Without proper training, after a few supporting roles in television series, she went to the casting for the film Fleurs de sang by Alain Tanner and Myriam Mézières in 2001 , in which she then played the role of 14-year-old Pam.

As the leading actress in the television film Die Sprinterin (Des épaules solides) by Ursula Meier , which was commissioned by the Arte broadcaster for its Masculin / Féminin series , Szpindel caught the attention of director Magaly Richard-Serrano , who she was for her first leading role in the cinema engaged Angie as a boxer in the film Dans le cordes .

The "brunette with the feline appearance" played her character physically and irritably, "with the intensity of a chin hook" and thus caused a sensation with producers. Canal + hired her for the two series Rien dans les poches and Mafiosa .
