The Lovell Glacier is a glacier in the south of Alexander I Island off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows from the Dione Nunatakkern in a south-westerly direction to the Stravinsky Inlet .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2010 after the British astronomer Bernard Lovell (1913–2012).
