Lu Su (* 172 ; † 217 ) was an advisor to the Wu Kingdom at the time of the Three Kingdoms in ancient China.

He had taken over this position from Zhou Yu . During the Battle of Chibi , he served as its closest advisor and linked the armies of Shu and Wu.

In 210 , because of Zhou Yu's death, Lu Su became the commander of Sun Quan's armies and was its chief adviser until his death. He was succeeded by Lu Meng . Lu Su sensed that diplomatic relations between Shu and Wu would be beneficial. He respected Zhuge Liang very much, even though his predecessor Zhou Yu saw him as a great threat.
