Luanchuan

The Luanchuan District ( Chinese  栾川县 , Pinyin Luánchuān Xiàn ) is a district in the west of the Chinese province of Henan , which belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Luoyang . It has an area of ​​2,478 km² and has a population of 320,000 (2003). Its main town is the large community of Chengguan (城关 镇).
