Laocheng
The district of Laocheng ( Chinese 老 城区 , Pinyin Lǎochéng Qū - "old town") belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture -level city of Luoyang in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of 57 km² and has about 130,000 inhabitants (2003).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the city district is made up of seven street districts and one large municipality.
