Marco Mazzieri
Marco Mazzieri (born September 22, 1959 in Parma ) is like his twin brother Luca Mazzieri an Italian film director .
Life
Marco Mazzieri attended the Università del Cinema in Rome, where he graduated in directing; afterwards he worked as a graphic artist and draftsman a. a. for the magazines La Repubblica and Il Venerdì . For the cinema he worked as an assistant to Tinto Brass and Maurizio Nichetti before he realized some documentaries with his brother. In the mid-1990s, with I virtuali and Voglio una donnnaaa! presented two movies that they had also written. In Austria they shot the road movie Zwei Kinogesichter in 1998 ; in the new millennium, further documentaries and the family drama Giovani (2002) followed.
Marco Mazzieri has also directed numerous commercials.
