Lucheng (Wenzhou)

The Lucheng District ( 鹿城区 , Lùchéng Qū ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Wenzhou in the Chinese province of Zhejiang . It has an area of 294 km² and has a population of around 650,000 (as of 2008).
