Rui'an

The city of Rui'an ( Chinese  瑞安 市 , Pinyin Ruì'ān Shì ) is an independent city in the district-free city of Wenzhou in the Chinese province of Zhejiang . Rui'an has an area of ​​approx. 1,278 square kilometers (inconsistent information plus lake area) and has 927,383 inhabitants (2010 census).

The Yuhai Hall (library) (Yuhai lou 玉海 楼), the "stone roof tombs " ( shipengmu ) or barrows of South Zhejiang (Zhenan shipengmu qun 浙南 石棚 墓群), the Shengjingshan stone hall (Shengjing shan shidian 圣井 山石 殿) and the old Liji Medical School (1885) (Liji yixue tang jiuzhi 利 济 医学 堂 旧址) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .

Administrative structure

At the community level, the independent city consists of six street districts, twelve large municipalities and nineteen municipalities.
