Ouhai

The municipality of Ouhai ( 瓯海区 , Ōuhǎi Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture of Wenzhou in the Chinese province of Zhejiang . It has an area of 614.5 square kilometers and has approx. 386,000 inhabitants (as of 2008)
