Wednesday group at Ochsensepp

The Wednesday group at "Ochsensepp" were regular meetings of a group of conservative politicians in Munich to prepare for the establishment of a party. The preparations resulted in the founding of the CSU .

Since July 1945, discussions have been held in a circle around the Munich lawyer Josef Müller about the establishment of a new party on an interdenominational basis, deliberately differentiating it from the former Bavarian People's Party .
