from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lucien Hardy is a theoretical physicist best known for his work in the field of quantum physics , including the Hardy Paradox , a thought experiment he invented in 1992.

During his career he researched and taught at various universities in Europe. In 1992 he became a lecturer in mathematical physics at Maynooth College of the National University of Ireland , later a post-doctoral student at the University of Innsbruck in Austria, lecturer in mathematical sciences at the University of Durham and held the position of post-doctoral student at La Sapienza University in Rome inside.

From 1997 he was a post-doctoral student at the University of Oxford for five years .

Hardy joined the University of Waterloo where he works at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics .
