Lucky Punch is a German-speaking band from Oranienburg in Brandenburg .
history
As described in the song Speckgürtel Rock'n'Roll , the band set their founding date on March 13, 2009 in Klosterfelde . In the same year the debut album Demo was released .
In the following years, Lucky Punch played numerous concerts on various club tours and played at a large number of scene festivals. This culminates in 2016 with her appearance on the "Punk and Disorderly".
With their often sexist and violence-glorifying texts, they created a topic of conversation within the scene. It is precisely because of these exaggerated and explicit texts that the character of the band can be interpreted more as satire.
Since its inception, the band has played hundreds of concerts and has appeared in the opening programs of bands such as Pöbel & Gesocks , Die Kassierer and Mr. Review.
In 2012 Lucky Punch released the album Mit Leib und Kehle on the Puke Music label . After changing formations within the band in 2015, Lucky Punch worked on the album With God's Blessings we beat an underground Cha Cha Cha on the devil's drum , which was released in March 2017.
style
The style of the band unites the different tastes of the band members. With her style of Oi !, punk rock, ska and metal influences, paired with texts about alcohol and women, Luckypunch is a co-founder of the music style bar core and has shaped it to this day.
