Lucy Abeles

Lucy Abeles , also Lucy Abels , née Luisa Theodora Cornelia Jenny Abeles ( August 19, 1874 in Berlin - February 22, 1938 ) was a German writer.

Life

Her husband was Robert Abeles, her son Oskar Abeles. She lived in Berlin in the 1930s. Her poetry was mainly influenced by late 19th century French poetry. She has translated works by Paul Verlaine , Émile Verhaeren , Fernand Gregh , Albert Samain and others.
