Lucy Lethbridge

Lucy Lethbridge (born 1963 in Hammersmith ) is a British writer.

Life

Lucy Lethbridge primarily writes non-fiction books for a young audience, she was co-author of several titles in the children's history book series Who Was ... published by Short Books. Her biography about the mathematical genius Ada Lovelace won a Blue Peter Book Award in 2002 . She was the head of the literary department at the Catholic Herald . She writes feature articles for The Observer , The Sunday Telegraph , The Independent and The Times Literary Supplement . Lethbridge was recognized in leading English newspapers in 2013 for her study of the social history of the servants.

Lethbridge lives in London.
