Ludwig Deusch

Ludwig Deusch (born February 13, 1925 in Burgschleinitz ; † October 5, 2008 in Eggenburg ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and accountant. From 1977 to 1987 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Life

Deusch attended elementary and secondary school and was drafted into service during the Second World War in 1941. He was employed in the Reich Labor Service from 1943 and was then drafted into military service, where he was taken prisoner of war, from which he did not return until 1946. After his return he joined the Eggenburg community and worked as an accountant. He was also active as a local councilor from 1970 and served as a town councilor between 1970 and 1985. Then he was again a councilor until 1987. Deusch represented the SPÖ Lower Austria from November 17, 1977 to November 30, 1987 in the Lower Austrian state parliament and was active within the party as district party chairman from 1976.
