Burgschleinitz is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Burgschleinitz-Kühnring in the Horn district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 208 building areas with 76,010 m² and 110 gardens on 112,201 m² in the cadastral community of Burgschleinitz , in 1989/1990 there were 236 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 314 and in 2009/2010 there were 327 buildings on 723 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 434 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 66 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 424 hectares and 78 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 397 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 80 hectares. The average soil climate of Burgschleinitz is 49.8 (as of 2010).
