Kühnring is a locality and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Burgschleinitz-Kühnring in the Horn district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 209 building areas with 60,254 m² and 181 gardens on 144,618 m² in the cadastral community Kühnring , in 1989/1990 there were 208 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 307 and in 2009/2010 there were 330 buildings on 703 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 551 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 219 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 546 hectares and 225 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 521 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 227 hectares. Kühnring's average soil climate number is 46.8 (as of 2010).
