Ludwig Eberlein (journalist)

Ludwig Eberlein (born July 7, 1902 in Gunzenhausen , † 1979 ) was a German lawyer and journalist.

Career

Eberlein submitted his doctoral thesis in 1927 at the law faculty of the University of Heidelberg. Later he turned to journalism and became editor of the Ullstein publishing house in Berlin. In 1947 he came to the Tagesspiegel and was the chief editor of the departments Berlin, culture and then politics. In 1954/55 he was editor-in-chief and head of the political department of the broadcaster Free Berlin (SFB), later head of the Berlin representation of West German Broadcasting (WDR).
