Ludwig Loercher

Ludwig Lörcher (born May 11, 1901 in Welzheim ; † June 10, 1971 in Vaihingen an der Enz ) was a Württemberg administrative officer, district administrator and mayor.

Life

The son of a pastor attended the Latin school in Brackenheim and the Karlsgymnasium in Stuttgart. In 1922 he passed the state examination for the upper middle legal service. From 1922 to 1925 he was senior secretary at the youth welfare office in Kirchheim-Nürtingen-Urach and from 1925 to 1938 official guardian, later managing director of the youth welfare office in Kirchheim unter Teck . For a year and a half he also managed the district hospital there. From 1938 to 1945 he was managing director of the district welfare office in Vaihingen an der Enz , and from 1942 he was deputy managing director of the youth welfare office, and from 1939 as chief district inspector. From April 8 to July 15, 1945 he was acting district administrator of theDistrict of Vaihingen , from July 16, 1945 to 1954 then mayor of the city of Vaihingen an der Enz.
