Ludwig Schandl

Ludwig Paul Schandl (born September 30, 1908 in Rust ; † August 19, 1969 there ) was an Austrian winegrower and politician ( FPÖ ). Schandl was a member of the Burgenland Landtag from 1956 to 1958 .

Life

Schandl attended elementary school in Rust and then the Evangelical Lyceum in Ödenburg, where he graduated from high school in 1928. Then Schandl graduated from the Silberberg wine school in Styria and studied theology at the University of Vienna and from 1933 to 1934 in Erlangen. Due to illness, Schandl had to break off his studies. From 1936 Schandl worked as a wine grower in Rust am See.

Schandl was married.

Schandl became a member of the NSDAP and belonged to the Austrian Legion .

In 1949 he became a member of the Association of Independents and from 1956 of the FPÖ. Schandl was a member of the Burgenland Landtag from June 11, 1956 until his resignation on July 29, 1958. In addition, he was regional party chairman of the FPÖ Burgenland between 1956 and 1958.
