Ludwig Schraut
Ludwig Schraut (born December 1, 1929 in Göggingen ; † April 7, 2007 in Memmingen ) was a German teacher and politician (SPD).
Life
Schraut attended elementary school as well as high schools in Memmingen and Lauingen. After the two teacher examinations in 1951 and 1954, he worked as a primary school teacher in Memmingen. In the Memmingen city council he acted as a consultant for elementary schools and special schools.
His political career began in 1952 when he joined the SPD. He became the SPD district chairman of Memmingen / Mindelheim, and later deputy sub-district chairman of the SPD in southern Swabia.
After the state elections on November 20, 1966, he moved to the Bavarian State Parliament as a member of the Bavarian State Parliament, which he initially belonged to until November 1970. On September 28, 1972, he replaced Adolf Härtl, who had left the parliament, until the end of the electoral term in November 1974.
