Wilhelm Friedrich Ludwig Schwanderer , from 1870 von Schwandner , (born January 5, 1823 in Backnang , † August 29, 1880 in Reutlingen ) was a Württemberg government president and member of the state parliament.

Life

Ludwig Schwandner was the son of the surgeon Friedrich Schwandner in Backnang. After attending the Latin school in Backnang, he did an apprenticeship as a clerk in the office of the Backnang court notary Nädelin from 1836 to 1839. From 1839 to 1841 he continued his training at the Waiblingen Regional Office and finished it in the summer of 1941 with the high school diploma. From 1841 to 1845 he then studied criminal sciences in Tübingen . There he was a member of the Corps Westfalia. In 1845 he passed the first and in 1846 the second higher service examination. He began his professional career as an actuary administrator in Schorndorf, Besigheim and Biberach. From 1847 to 1850 he was senior actuary at Neckarsulm and from 1850 to 1853 at Gmünd . In 1853 he moved as a government assessor to the government of the Danube District in Ulm and in 1855 to the Department of the Interior (Ministry of the Interior), where he became the office director in 1856 with the title of government councilor. In 1865 Ludwig Schwandner was appointed a full member of the Upper Government, and in 1868 he was promoted to the Upper Government Council. On April 13, 1870, he took over the government of the Black Forest District in Reutlingen as government director, and in 1879 he was given the title of district president. He died in 1880 while still active.

In 1862 Schwandner was elected to the Württemberg state parliament for the first time in the Neckarsulm constituency. From 1876 he represented the city of Reutlingen until his death. Ludwig von Schwandner was Vice President of the Second Chamber of the State Parliament from 1875 to 1880. As a member of parliament, he joined the state party .
