architecture

The eaves , two-and-a-half-storey, three-axle residential building stands under a gable roof . Plastered street facade , brick gable and garden facade. Separated, smoothly plastered base with rectangular cellar lighting. On the left is the deeply incised entrance to the house with a slight arched arch , on the right two tall rectangular window openings over narrow, presumably renewed window sills .

The plastered area on the ground floor is emphasized horizontally by deeply cut strips. A protruding wedge stone emphasizes the lintel above the entrance to the house and the windows. A continuous cornice closes the ground floor.

On the upper floor there are three rectangular window openings highlighted by plaster frames with “ears” and architraved roofs in a facade plaster characterized by restrained plaster lines. An applied plaster tape cuts the plaster frame halfway up the window and is highlighted here by cranked ornaments . The parapet areas under the windows show floral plaster ornamentation. The higher-quality design identifies the upper floor as the main floor.

The architraves above the windows lead over to another storey cornice, above which the rectangular window openings of the jamb open into the likewise restrained facade. A box cornice with a toothed cutting strip and a renewed, curtain-type gutter completes the facade.
