The aerial cableway San Carlo – Robièi , Italian Funivia San Carlo-Robiei , abbreviated FSCR , connects the hamlet of San Carlo at the back of the Bavona valley with the Lago di Robièi , a reservoir of the Maggia power plants .

As aerial tramway running heavy-duty cable car was built in the 1960s for the construction of the dam and underground power plant at Robièi built and is still the traffic of the power plant company. The railway has also been open to the public since 1972, but normally only in summer and autumn from mid-June to early October, with up to 20,000 guests being transported each season. Up to five trips a day were offered in 2020. The cable car is four kilometers long and has seven cable car supports, with some of the supports of the cable car running along the slope being unusually asymmetrical. There is an intermediate station at support no. The railway overcomes an altitude difference of 853 m.

A load bar runs on the left side of the cable car - a platform for the transport of goods, on the right side a cabin for the transport of people, which can accommodate 96 passengers. It is driven by two 400 kW motors.

A power station cable car from Robiei to Cortino that connects to the San Carlo – Robièi cable car is not open to the public.
