The Old Pausmühlenbach is a river in Essen district Borbeck .

The Alte Pausmühlenbach flows into the Emscher west of Dellwig above Einbleckstraße . It is currently being rebuilt and renatured by the Emscher Cooperative as part of the “New Paths to Water” program.
