Luginsland (Gernrode)
The Luginsland house is a listed building in the town of Gernrode, part of the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located southwest of the Gernröder old town at the address Waldstraße 26 and is listed as a residential building in the local monument register.
Architecture and history
The single-storey house, reminiscent of a villa , was built in massive construction. The building is covered by a mansard roof . There is a round corner bay at the northeast corner. The facade of the first floor at the east gable consists of rubble stones . The design of the house is reminiscent of buildings by the architect Hermann Muthesius . The northern eaves is a high Zwerchhaus dominated. The Luginsland lettering is on this .
