Luis Concepción
Luis Concepcion (* 6. October 1985 in Panama City , Panama ) is a Panamanian boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
In 2006 he started his professional career successfully. On September 5, 2009 he boxed against Omar Salado for the WBA Interim World Championship and won by technical knockout in round 12. He defended this title three times. In January 2011 the normal boom was awarded full world champion status.
However, Concepción lost the belt in his first title defense in April of the same year against the Mexican southpaw Hernan Marquez by TKo in the penultimate round.
