Luis Ibarra
Luis Ibarra (* 23. February 1953 in Colon , Panama ) is a former Panamanian boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
On November 17, 1979, he boxed against Betulio González for the WBA World Championship and won by a unanimous decision of the judges. However, he lost this belt in his first title defense to Tae-Shik Kim in February of the following through knockout.
On September 26, 1981, he captured this belt again when he defeated Santos Laciar on points. Also this time he lost the belt in his first title defense to Juan Herrera in the same year.
