Luis Miguel is the twenty-second album of Luis Miguel .
The album
The album was produced by Luis Miguel himself. It was released on September 14, 2010. The pieces mark 30 years of artistic life. The simple "Lips of honey" will be published. The song "Tres palabras" became the theme song of the Mexican telenovela El triunfo del amor .
reception
David Jeffries notes in his reception for Allmusic that "Labios de Miel" is a smooth opening song and sets a lighter tone from the start. Then 80s funk songs like "Mujer de Fuego" and ballads like "Tres Palabras" alternate. He thinks that Miguel will gain new artistic credibility with the CD and that there will be enough songs for his fans, who tend more towards his 80s albums.
