Luis Oyarbide , full name Luis Eduardo Oyarbide Miranda , (born September 1, 1986 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.71 meter tall midfielder Oyarbide is the son of soccer player Jorge Oyarbide (1944-2013). He was at the beginning of his career in 2006 in the ranks of the reserve team (Formativas) Nacional Montevideos . In 2007 he played seven games for the "Bolsos" in the Primera División and scored one goal. This was followed in the first half of 2008 by a loan to Central Español , during which he scored three times in 15 first division appearances in the opposing goal in the 2010 Clausura for the Montevideans. Subsequently, Oyarbide belonged again to the squad Nacional Montevideos until mid-January 2012. In the 2008/09 season there will be two missions (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league for him. In the Clausura 2010 he was then loaned to the Montevideo Wanderers . Eleven first division games and three goals shows his usage statistics in that half series. During the 2010/11 season he was on loan for El Tanque Sisley and completed eight personally goalless first division games. In January 2012, the Esporte Clube Democrata signed him . With the Brazilians he played seven times in the state championship of Minas Gerais and scored two goals. From mid-September he continued his career in Europe. Initially, Olympiacos Volos was his employer until the end of January 2013 , where he was used in 13 league matches (two goals) and three cup games (no goal). From there he moved to Iraklis Psachna within Greece . As part of this commitment, which lasted until the end of January 2014, he was used 14 times in the league. He did not score a hit. After returning to Uruguay, he joined the Club Sportivo Cerrito until January 2015 . After eleven goals in 26 missions in the Segunda División , he was transferred to Fuerza Amarilla in Ecuador. Since September 2015, he has been back in the squad of the now only third-rate Club Sportivo Cerrito, with whom he was promoted to the second highest professional league in Uruguay at the end of the 2015/16 season. In the following midseason in 2016, he scored once in the opposing goal in eleven missions. After this season he left the club.
