Luisa Zappa

Luisa Zappa Branduardi (* 1952 ) is an Italian songwriter .

Luisa Zappa Branduardi is married to Angelo Branduardi and wrote most of his lyrics, a. a. La pulce d'acqua ( Eng. "The water flea") or Cogli la prima mela (Eng. "Pick the first apple"). She also painted some pictures (including the cover of Cercando L'oro ).

Luisa Zappa Branduardi met Angelo Branduardi in the early 1970s while studying English literature at the University of Milan. The couple married in 1975 and have two daughters, Sarah (* 1976 ) and Maddalena (* 1981 ).
