philosophy

In 2018 she published her book MRX MACHINE on the occasion of the 200th birthday of Karl Marx , the founder of communism .

The book was published by the Matthes & Seitz Berlin publishing house , which advertises it with the following words:

The MRX machine taps into feminism, post-colonialism and more, looking for the cracks, perversion and stench that make the proletariat recognizable behind the entrepreneurial self. The MRX machine scans the arenas of public self-promotion and the private factory of body optimization for traces of the internalized class struggle that screams for disintegration and waste, and scratches the polished user interface in the process. MRX machine is a secret greeting to all objectors and blue-collar workers, it is an analysis of agitation and aggression in one - and you are on sick leave while reading it.

Mrx Machine was very well received by critics. Patrick Eiden-Offe reviews in the Süddeutsche Zeitung under the title "View of the supply chain":

“Feminism and post-colonialism are not automatically anti-capitalist. But wherever they appear anti-capitalist, their struggles become proletarian struggles, struggles of the global proletariat against its own constitutional conditions. Not that there isn't a lot to discuss with all this. Exactly the other way around: That this book throws so much material for discussion with breathtaking virtuosity, that is the great thing about this "MRX machine" "

Kristina Kaufmann writes in Spex edition 20180501:

"" This text must be proclaimed. Because it wants to instigate, stir up, set fire to. ""

In the standart, Ronald Pohl wrote in 2018:

Marx's most docile student this year is a convincing service person. It attracts with healing prospects of infection: with unproductivity.

Luise Meier herself occasionally writes for the daily newspapers Der Freitag , Jungle World and Berliner Zeitung .
