Luka Racic (born May 8, 1999 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish football player of Montenegrin descent. He is under contract in England with second division club Brentford and is a young Danish national player.
Career
society
Luka Racic was in the soccer school School of Excellence of FC Copenhagen trained and moved in 2018 into the reserve team of English second division club FC Brentford . In his first season at the London district club, he made his first appearance in the professional team, when Racic came on for Sergi Canós in the 62nd minute in the 1: 1 on April 19, 2019 in the city duel at Millwall FC . At the end of the season, Brentford FC finished eleventh, with Luka Racic making two appearances. On February 29, 2020, he scored his first goal for the professional team of Brentford FC in a 2-2 away game in the league against Cardiff City by scoring a 1-0 lead.
National team
In 2014 and 2015 Luka Racic completed two test matches for the Danish U16 team . From 2015 to 2016 he played in Denmark's U17 national team and took part in the 2016 European Championship in Azerbaijan , where he made three appearances and was eliminated with his team after the group stage. Racic completed a total of seven missions for this age group. In 2016 and 2017 he completed three appearances for the U18 team of Denmark and subsequently twelve for the U19 national team of the Danes until 2018 , with which he participated in the qualification for the European Championship 2018 in Finland . From 2018 to 2019 Luka Racic was used in four games of the U20 Denmark . He is currently playing for Denmark's U21 national team.
