Lukáš Waligora (born September 14, 1987 ) is a former Czech grass skier . He participated in six Junior World Championships and started several times in the World Cup .

Career

Lukáš Waligora took part in six Junior World Championships from 2002 to 2007 . In the first few years he was able to classify himself in the top 30 several times, in 2005 he was among the top 20 in three competitions. The Czech was most successful at the 2006 Junior World Championships in Horní Lhota u Ostravy . He finished fifth in the Super-G and in the combined as well as sixth in slalom and 13th in giant slalom. At the Junior World Championships 2007 he was eighth in the super combined and 15th in the super G. In FIS races , Waligora was in the top 20 several times. The Czech won his only points in the World Cup with 26th place in the slalom in Čenkovice on August 12, 2007, which brought him to 70th place in the 2007 overall World Cup. His last grass ski race was a Super-G as part of the Czech Cup on July 27, 2008.

In alpine skiing Waligora is still active. Here he was in the top 30 only once in FIS races .
