Lydia Plant

Lydia Pflanz (born May 31, 1949 in Ansbach ) is a German politician ( CSU ). She was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from May 2008 until the election in September 2008 .

education and profession

Plant attended elementary school and then the Musisches Gymnasium in Ingolstadt , where she stayed until grade 10. She then completed training as an educator and worked as an educator and kindergarten director for almost 30 years. She also worked as a youth magistrate at the youth chamber of the Augsburg Regional Court and was deputy district chairwoman of the Bavarian Red Cross and hospice helper. In 2007 she trained as a naturopath for psychotherapy . Plant is a Roman Catholic, married and has two children.

politics

Plant was deputy district chairwoman of the CSU for 14 years and district councilor for 12 years. In May 2008 she moved to the Bavarian state parliament for Martin Sailer . There she was a member of the Committee for Social, Health and Family Policy and a member of the Committee for Petitions and Complaints. To state elections in Bavaria in 2008 , they did not stand for re-election.
