Mária Szolnoki (born June 16, 1947 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian foil fencer .
successes
Mária Szolnoki was world champion with the team in Gothenburg in 1973 . In addition, she took second place twice and third place once with her. At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich , she was eliminated from the individual competition in the quarter-finals. With the team she reached the final, which was lost to the Soviet team 5-9. So she won the silver medal together with Ildikó Bóbis , Ildikó Ujlakiné-Rejtő , Ildikó Rónay and Ildikó Schwarczenberger .
