Märkischer speaker

The Märkischer spokesman was a newspaper for the Bochum district . The publication appeared from 1829, founded by the master printer Wilhelm Stumpf from Soest . From 1848 it appeared as a Märkischer spokesperson - Kreisblatt for the Bochum district . The newspaper still existed in the 20th century.

The Märkische Blätter was created in 1849 in Hattingen , bordering to the south , and the Westfälische Volkszeitung in Bochum in 1872 .
