Märzenbronnen

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Märzenbronnen (also Märzenbrunnen or Märzenbronn ) in the Burladingen district of Salmendingen on the Swabian Alb is a temporary lake that arises in some years when the snow melts. It is then located in a small depression at around 800 m above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the Kornbühl , from which the main inflow takes place. Its creation is favored by a small dam that damms the water on the east side of the lake up to a certain height. The overflowing water flows into the Woog , which in turn pours into the Lauchert .
