Månesigden (from Norwegian måne 'crescent' ) is a crescent-shaped and up to 1790 m high mountain range in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises in the northwest part of the Tottanfjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it descriptively in 1967.
