The Möller Trough is a deep sea channel in the Weddell Sea off the Luitpold coast of the East Antarctic Coatsland .

The designation, which has been recognized by the Advisory Committee of Undersea Features since June 1997, was made at the suggestion of the surveyor and glaciologist Heinrich Hinze from the Alfred Wegener Institute . It is named after the German geodesist Dietrich Möller (1927–2015), President of the German Society for Polar Research from 1976 to 1996.
