The Mühlbauer Holding AG is a holding company whose operating main business is the Mühlbauer AG. This is a company in the field of smart cards , smart labels , semiconductor back-end and vision systems. With around 10,000 systems installed since 1983, it is a leading supplier of production equipment for the smart card and smart label industry. One of the company's main segments is the security market for personal identification based on chip cards orPassports .
Products
The product range extends from stand-alone machines to complete turnkey solutions for the production of ID cards, ePassports , eVisa, interface cards, multimedia cards, chip cards, smart labels for access control, supply chain management and for tracking textiles and other retail applications . Mühlbauer's area of activity includes card production, bundling and personalization through to the acquisition and verification of personal data as well as precision parts production and OEM production.
Mühlbauer has its own service without external partners. The company also sells hardware and software applications for the eCard area.
