It is located in the listed district Münzenberg west of the historic old town of Quedlinburg. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments .
Architecture and history
The two-story half - timbered house was built around 1700. The half-timbered facade of the house is more decorated than is usual in the Munzenberg area. So you can find pyramid beam heads and profiled fillers. The building is covered by a steep roof.
The building was damaged in a fire in the neighboring house at Münzenberg 30, but it was repaired again in the following period.
